Nobody hands your dog off to a stranger here. The people watching the play groups are the people who towel your dog off at the end of it, and most of them have been doing it for years. Your dog gets known, not processed.
Staff are trained in dog CPR and canine first aid.
Play groups are matched by size, temperament and play style, and staff stay in the room.
Owned and run by the same family since 2009, and still independent.
Getting started takes one morning
We like to meet a dog before they join a play group, so every new dog does an assessment day first. It costs nothing, and your dog is welcome to stay the whole day once they have settled in.

Send your dog's records
Rabies certificate, bordetella, distemper, and a copy of your town license. Your vet can email them to us directly before you come in.

Come in for the assessment
We run assessments every day and mornings work best. Plan on leaving your dog at least four hours. There is no charge for the assessment day.

Book whenever you need us
Once your dog is assessed, daycare is open Monday through Friday from 6:30am and weekends from 9:00am, and overnight boarding is available by reservation.

Know which one you need
A wash gets your dog clean. Use a waist-high tub yourself with everything provided, or drop off and we will do it. Neither needs an appointment, and the self-serve side is the reason a lot of Medway found us in the first place.
Grooming is the one that includes clipping. Brush out, bath, dry, ears, nails and a haircut, booked in advance and done one dog at a time. No assembly line, and your dog goes home as soon as they are finished rather than waiting in a crate.
