A full day of play, with people who know your dog
Dogs are social animals with nothing to do. You can think of most dogs today as unemployed. Their main job is Couch Potato. Daycare gives them somewhere to put all of that.
How the day is organized
Dogs are assigned to play groups by size, temperament and play style. A shy senior does not end up in with a pack of adolescent labs. Groups move between indoor and outdoor play through the day.

What every daycare dog needs
Paperwork

- A copy of your town dog license
Your vet can email records to us directly before your assessment.
Your dog
- Spayed or neutered
- At least twelve weeks old
- On a flea and tick preventative
- Reasonably well socialized and in good health
Pit bulls and pit bull mixes we take one dog at a time rather than ruling out by breed. Call before you book and we will arrange to meet your dog. We cannot promise a spot, and it comes down to how they do with a group, but we would rather meet the dog than say no on paperwork alone.
Times, meals and late pickups
What are drop-off and pick-up times?
Daycare drop-off is by noon. We open at 6:30am on weekdays and 9:00am on weekends. Boarding drop-off is by 12:00pm, and boarding pick-ups after 12:00pm incur a daycare charge.
What happens if I am late picking up?
Please call if you are running late. Late fees are $15 at fifteen minutes past close and again at thirty minutes past, after which your dog is placed in overnight boarding with boarding fees.
Will you feed my dog during the day?
Most daycare dogs eat at home, but if your dog needs a meal we are happy to feed them. Bring pre-measured food in a labeled container to the front desk at check-in.
Can I check on my dog during the day?
Call any time, we really do not mind. We would rather pick up the phone and tell you how the morning went than have you wonder about it all day.
What if my dog gets hurt or sick?
Our staff is trained in dog CPR and first aid. In an emergency we transport to the nearest available vet immediately and then call you or your emergency contact.
Ask about a bath at drop-off. Daycare dogs get a discounted bath if you mention it when you check in. Your dog goes home clean instead of smelling like a good time.
Start with a free assessment day
No charge, mornings are best, and plan on leaving your dog at least four hours. If it goes well your dog is welcome to stay the rest of the day.
