Overnight Boarding
Climate controlled kennels with modern fire suppression and alarm systems. Boarding dogs join the daycare groups during the day, so they go home tired rather than wound up.

The Dog Wash
Wash your own dog in a waist-high tub with everything provided, or drop off for a bath. Someone is always on hand to help on the self-serve side, and neither option needs an appointment.

Grooming
Full grooming by appointment: brush out, bath, dry, ears, nails and a haircut, one dog at a time. De-shedding is walk in whenever your dog needs it.

The short version: anything involving a play group needs a free assessment first, and anything involving a tub does not.

Boarding reservations are required, but we can often take a last-minute booking. It never hurts to call.
Every new dog starts the same way
Daycare and boarding both need a free assessment day first. It costs nothing, mornings work best, and it tells us how your dog does in a group.
The Dog Wash needs no assessment. Self-serve and de-shedding are walk-in, and grooming is by appointment.
What we need on file
Rabies with the certificate, plus bordetella and distemper.
A copy of your dog's Medway or home-town dog license.
We ask that your dog is on a preventative.
The self-serve tubs are the only thing here that needs none of it. A drop-off wash still needs the rabies certificate.
Your vet can email records to us directly before you come in.

The reason we keep all four under one roof is that the staff carry over. The names in these reviews are the people who will meet your dog.
I use the daycare weekly for my two year old mixed breed and she loves it here. We get report cards, in depth discussions about how she did, and lots of love from the staff.
10/10 recommend. The staff is absolutely amazing, very pleasant and accommodating to our pups needs. Play areas inside and out super clean and comfortable for our furry friends.
